Project Milestones

November 2007: SphereInvest Special Situations Americas Fund (SISSA) gains control of the Kearney Graphite Mine in Kearney, Ontario, Canada.

July 2008: The Kearney Mine assets are renamed as Ontario Graphite Ltd.

January 2010: A NI43-101 Technical Report is completed, stating the mineral inventory of the Kearney Property totaled 43.5 million tonnes of Measured and Indicated Resources (2.34% Cg average) and 12.3 million tonnes of Inferred Resources (2.42% Cg average) based on a cut-off ore grade of 1.5% Cg.

June-September 2011: Ontario Graphite engages local community and stakeholders in Kearney Mine re-commissioning discussions.

February 2012: Ontario Graphite receives important approval of the Kearney Mine Closure Plan from the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines (MNDM).

May 2013: The Ontario Ministry of the Environment approves all final operating permits for the re-commissioning of the Kearney Graphite Mine.

February 2016: Blue Heron Environmental (Canada) appointed as environmental management advisors.

July 2016: A NI43-101 Technical Report is updated, stating the mineral inventory of the Kearney Property totaled 61.8 million tonnes of Measured and Indicated Resources (1.99% Cg average) and 59.2 million tonnes of Inferred Resources (1.88% Cg average) based on a cut-off ore grade of 1.50% Cg.

March 2018: Definitive Feasibility Study completed by DRA Americas.

September 2018: Formulated agreement with Cementation Canada Inc. whereby Cementation takes a significant equity stake, and becomes EPCM and operating partner.

June 2018: Ellerton Castor appointed as Chief Executive Officer.

October 2019: Revised environmental management plan approved by MECP and MNR.
